Completed your clinic? Request Return Label
- When your clinics have been completed and you have no other up and coming clinics that you are to be holding supplies for use the above link to print labels to return your products or paper work.
- You will normally use the Ground Service to ship back any products and paperwork, the only time you should need to use Over Night Service is when items need to be refrigerated. (Vaccine etc...)
- Before you ship back any refrigerated items please make sure you have frozen the ice packs.
- DO NOT SHIP REFRIGERATED ITEMS OVER THE WEEKEND ONLY MONDAY – THURSDAYS. (UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE PRIOR TO SHIPMENT)
